What this covers
This policy covers information submitted through the Jaredsvisuals website inquiry form and general information collected when you use the public site. It does not cover privacy practices on third-party websites you may visit through a link from this site.
What is collected
When you reach out, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, the kind of shoot you are planning, preferred date, location or setting, a moodboard link, and anything else you choose to share. Graduation and commercial inquiries may include a few additional project details.
How it is used
Your inquiry details are used to respond, discuss your idea, check availability, and talk through the shoot. They are saved in a private inquiry workspace and sent to Jared by email as a new-lead alert so he can follow up.
Jaredsvisuals does not use inquiry details to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Site analytics
Jaredsvisuals uses Google Analytics to understand how people use the public site, such as pages viewed and general browser or device activity. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide this service.
This information is used to understand site traffic and improve the site. Jaredsvisuals does not use Google Analytics to match site activity with the inquiry details you send. Google handles information collected through Analytics under its own Privacy Policy.
Who can access it
Inquiry records are limited to Jared’s private business workspace. Email alerts are delivered through Gmail. Google provides the separate site-analytics service described above. Information is not sold to third parties.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram, TikTok, and any moodboard or inspiration link you choose to share. Those services have their own privacy practices, which Jaredsvisuals does not control.

To ask about the information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, email jaredsvisuals@gmail.com with enough detail to identify your inquiry.

If the way Jaredsvisuals handles inquiry information changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change too.
